About Toufic
Founder & Creative Director
Associate IIDA
Toufic Alayyash brings nearly two decades of international expertise to residential and commercial interior design.
His work is shaped by the places that defined him.
Toufic was born in 1980’s Beirut where he studied and trained in interior architecture. He then moved to Dubai in 2013 where he launched a multi-disciplinary career spanning luxury residential, mixed-use, commercial, and retail projects with renowned firms, operators and developers.
He relocated to Chicago in 2020 and through AYYA Design Haus, Toufic leads a collaborative design studio creating interiors - spaces & objects - that reflect identity, evoke emotion, and remain timeless. He is recognized as an Architectural Digest PRO Featured Designer (2026).
